This is my personal workout plan! Wednesday is my second workout day of the week! With these videos I want to show you how you can build up your workout plan. Because it only involves 3 hours of working out EACH WEEK, almost everybody has time for it.
My goal I hope to achieve with this goal is to gain a little bit more muscle mass gradually and also gain some more serious strength!
