The Lyall family, who build Harewood House on Western Port Bay in 1868 and owned it for 100 years lost a grandson at Gallipoli and a great grandson in France in 1944. My family now owns this beautiful home and we do a charity event each year for the Koo Wee Rup Hospital, this year our community decided to commemorate 100 years of Anzacs. Lyall family descendant Barbara Hannah wrote the music, local film maker Brian Hughes did the filming and post production. I think everyone did an amazing job - hope you enjoy it as much as I have - thank you Brian, Barbara and all of the many people who participated in the day.
