I use my Rocket Stove as Smoker with the Charcoal I made in the same Rocket Stove. I was able to smoke a pork shoulder in about 9 1/2 hours. The basket can hold the temperature 225-250º F. for about 2 1/2 hours. The process was very efficient, I did use very little charcoal. (didn't measure). In this same Rocket Stove I was able to use as: Turkey Fryer, Steamer (cook tamales), Grill, Smoker, Dehydrate (Maple Syrup), Charcoal Maker. Watch my other Videos. Thank you.

I use my Rocket Stove como ahumador con el carbon que hice en esta misma Cocina Rocket. Pude ahumar un lomo de puerco en acerca 9 1/2 horas. La cesta puede sostener la temperatura de 107-121º C. por cerca de 2 1/2 horas. El proceso fue muy efficiente, use poco carbon (no lo medi). En esta misma Cocina Rocket pude usarla para: Freir Pavo, Vaporera (cocinar tamales), Parrillera, Ahumador, Deshidratar ( jarabe de arce), para hacer Carbon Vegetal. Miren mis otros videos.
