Cook Time: Not sure, maybe 30 minutes? Salmon should be flaky

Main Ingredients:
-1 Handsome Slab of Salmon
-2-3 servings of Brown Rice cooked with Chicken Stock
-1 Bowl of Brussel Sprouts

Marinade for Brussel Sprouts:
-Minced Garlic (enough to keep the vampire/haters away)
-A Dash of Spanish Smoked Season Salt
-A little Paprika
-Bacon bits (if it’s not expired) or Smoked Salmon if you have it on deck

Salmon Breading:
-Panko Bread Crumbs
-Garlic Powder (enough to keep the vampire/haters away)
-A gram of Oregano from your secret stash
-A handful of Pistachios

Horseradish Mustard Sauce:
-Left over Panko Bread Crumbs
-A few spoonfuls of Fage Yogurt
-A Smidge of Atomic Horseradish Sauce
-1 Fresh Lemon
- You can add water to thin out the sauce. Don't be an idiot, taste it until you like it.
