Mugen: Rugal XIII (Me) VS Kamui Tenrou (AI)

Behold! The boring battle of... A lack of wits!

As Rugal uses the same damn combo over and over again, and Kamui falls for it almost every time!

And watch as Rugal also does stupid things! Like dropping said combo every now and then!

Also, Kamui is totally NOT a Sephiroth look alike! THEY LOOK NOTHING ALIKE! NO! NOT AT ALL!

Alright, goofy description aside. This match was actually recorded before the Segalow battle... But I felt this one had too much repetitiveness in it.

However, then again, you kind of need to do some boring tactics to beat Kamui, and I realized this would be a good video response to C.A.N's AI challenge... Anyway, more about Kamui.

Kamui is the last boss of one of the Big Bang Beat games. This is a highly customized version who has... Very little in common with the original version. Even his voice is different, using voice clips from... I THINK Dhaos from the Tales of games?

His AI is RELENTLESS. If your character does not deal well with block strings. He will be a nightmare. His block strings are mostly very safe. Not too many things can punish it... However, Rugal's light kick can be used to counter Kamui's light kick. Which is how I abused his AI.

His combos are highly damaging, and if your character happens to be unlucky enough to not be equipped with an air recovery... He can infinite you. Although his AI seems to drop these combos after a little while. But even with air recovery, you need to either be guarding, or use a somewhat safe move while landing, or he'll just juggle you again.

He'll try to mix you up with the block string, ranging from jumping attacks, a rather quick overhead, and even an outright unblockable move. This move is a bit slow. But then again, if your reflexes are slow like mine, this will throw you off a lot. And he doesn't do this too often.

And all this was on his block string.

His DP is VERY powerful, an "Xbox huge" hitbox, invincible on the first few frames, which he will take FULL advantage of. And the super version of this move is fully invincible, and extends his juggles.

He has an unblockable super... And how his AI uses it, you WILL be hit by it, since it freezes you in place for it to connect.

...Also, yes, I DID make a quick Sephiroth like palette for him. Just to see how easy it would be to make him look more like Sephiroth... It's really easy, just change a few colors.
