- Push the floor down & pull your navel back EVERY. TIME. YOU STEP.
- Snap the legs together! Snap them together so hard you almost leave the floor.
- KEEP YOUR JOINTS LINED UP & GOING IN THE SAME DIRECTION.

ie: ankles, knees, toes, hips, ribs, shoulders all go the same way, at the same TIME. think about that, and really pay attention to where you place our feet :)
