I went on an all fast food diet to see if I could actually lose weight while still eating fast food. Is food the culprit or is it our lifestyle that causes us to gain weight? Could I actually burn fat, and even drop cholesterol on an all fast food diet while making simple lifestyle changes? I documented my journey for the world to see. The results are surprising... WARNING: This documentary has affected thousands of people in many different ways. The majority were really excited about the published results, while others accused me of "secretly" working with fast food chains to promote junk food and reprimanded me for "promoting" fast food.
What's interesting about all this is that the response to this film actually validated my initial hypothesis: people seem to be controlled and limited by mindsets and beliefs they were given, on a superficial level, until they make a conscious decision to break through the noise, try new things and create their own realities.
Despite what some may think, the true reason I performed this experiment was simply to put our bodies to the test, to see how resilient we actually can become.
Like you, I would constantly hear food bashing like, "This burger is going to add 10 pounds," or "You're going to eat that?" meanwhile, notice that we would still celebrate food during the most important moments in our lives: weddings, dates, family get togethers and nights out with friends.
This frustrated me for a few reasons.
I asked myself, "Is our body really manipulated merely by morsels of food we put in our mouth or is there a bigger game happening around our health and fitness?"
In other words, can our bodies rise above current situations that may seem harmful using powerful mindsets, strategies and lifestyle changes.
Is food really our enemy, and why do we seem to have an obvious LOVE -- HATE relationship with the abundance of food available to us.
That's what this is really about.
I'm not a physician or a scientist.
I'm a human being who had a vision in my head and did the work required to test it out. I simply wanted to share the results with you in hopes that it may shed light on your own myths,
in hopes that you choose optimism over pessimism:
Courage over fear.
Truth over lies.
Work over magic bullets.
Authenticity over superficiality.
... that you may realize the possibility of something greater out there,
something more powerful...
and that answers are not always black and white.
