Dr. Greg Lyne coaches the New Dimension Chorus. Uncut.

Four roles: foundation, dignity, personality, sparkle.
Mouth shapes for vowels: it looks like a dag-nam'd O, etc.
No need to practice being old. What are you walking like that for?
Feel a lighter sound and sing on the high side of the pitch.
Form the tone inside the mouth.
Present the instrument. Be professional.

With the chorus's permission I'd like to lift the unlisted restriction from this clip.

a/v tech notes:
Compressed to roughly half-DVD quality. Audio was uploaded uncompressed. This is also available from me in person -- it fits on a 4GB flash card (barely). If you want to slice and dice mpegs I have a 10GB version which looks better. If you feel inclined to do any real editing especially jitter reduction, please go back to the DV source available from me or from Demaster. DV is big.

The black outlines around the lights are an in-camera artifact: the boundary between bright and clipped is oversharpened. The Bart Simpson effect between his hair and the wall behind is a software artifact that came in with the color and brightness adjustments.

The audio is 16 bits per channel, 48ksamples/second on the digital side. The sound is almost monaural but not quite: the two microphones are about an inch apart. There is significant preamp and fan noise behind the signal. The subject was not wearing a microphone. Both the risers under the chorus and the hard drive storing the video added occasional ticking sounds. Some frames were dropped during the capture process, leading to an occasional dropped syllable during a spoken or musical phrase. DV glitch handling shows no respect for rhythm.
