This video is a project for my Level 4 as a member of IASI (Irish Association Of Ski Instructors) It's about skiing bumps and variable terrain and the techniques and tactics that work for me personally within my own skiing.

It was filmed over 3 days in mid to late April 2018 and I used a 175cm 15.5m radius piste ski for the whole video.

The idea is that it becomes a useful resource for other IASI members coming through the system and might perhaps help them with either their own skiing or teaching/coaching. I also hope it inspires other members to perhaps make video's for their own projects and increase the number if IASI resources.

I hope the video doesn't come across as me preaching that things are done in certain ways but rather that these are ideas that work for me and might do for others too.

Big thanks to Jordan Revah for filming!
