his form is woeful, but he's obviously mega strong.
Is there a time limit, or do they just lift until failure? Thanks.

Denisov would beat him!!!

dude is strong it looked more like he push pressed
i guess it is 60kg but it doesnt look that big...honestly i thought i was 60lb at first but i reckon he's just so big he makes it look that small lol. i could do 100lbs a few times one handed but i dont think i could do 60kg even once and if i could it would only be once lol.
wow, impressive stuff. compared to the other guys his technique is shoddy yet he throws out a load reps with pure muscle strength. What a genetic freak
says 60 kg on the kettle, crazy arms man! congrats on the challenge!
It doesn't look any bigger than my 36 kg kettlebell haha must be lead.

thats my point, this guy trains a hell of a lot, with a hell of a lot, but the kettlebell seemed difficult to a guy as strong as him. Thats why i like KB's, they can test even the strongest guys. I do agree however that one type of training isnt the answer, but KBs form a very good base to your personal training.
But then he probably haven't got his strength from kettlebell training only, or even to a big extent I would assume, so.. (Not that I know anything about the later.) They may be fun, they may be decent training, but I doubt it's optimal to only do it.
