Creamy, quick and delicious, the perfect no-bake summer dessert!
You can alter ingredient proportions to suit your preference and taste.


Whole milk. 4.5% fat - 2 1/4 cups / 520 ml
Cream - 3/4 cup/ 180 ml ( I used 25% fat)
Vanilla bean - 1/2
Cornstarch - 2.5 tablespoons
Coconut milk powder - 1/4 cup (I use Maggi)
Sugar - 7-8 tablespoons (more if you like sweeter)
Tender coconut flesh, chopped - 1/2 cup
Fresh mango puree, sweetened - for topping
