An in-depth interview with the American/Canadian social justice activist, filmed in November of 2005 in Toronto, Canada. Lee recalls his experiences fighting racial discrimination in the U.S. military during World War II, fighting housing segregation in New York in the late 1940s, the US civil rights movement, having to leave the US for Canada, and his activism with Veterans Against Nuclear Arms in the nuclear weapons abolition movement.
