Following my recent chickening-out on using some weird heirloom tomatoes from my garden, I was persuaded to have another go. And, oh boy, I'm glad I did. Fried green tomatoes are a very American thing, especially in the southern states, But I'd never tried a fried green tomato before this.They're quite simple to make, and absolutely delicious to eat. In this video, I also show you how to make a simple remoulade sauce. Apologies for the video quality, I shot this on my phone.
