Britain's Got Talent Semi Final
The final four shows broadcast live, with three semi-finals, followed by the final. In Series 1, eight acts performed in each semi-final, with the six most popular acts from all the semi-finals winning a position in the final. Unlike the American version, judges may still end a performance early with three 'X's. The audience are again asked to express their views on each act's performance.
After all eights acts have performed, phone lines open for a short time. After the votes are counted the act who polled the highest number of public votes was automatically placed in the final. The judges then choose between second and third most popular acts, with the winner of that vote gaining a place in the final. All other acts are then eliminated from the competition.

If the F2 went on Britains got Talent now they would at least get to the final.

Dropping the ball is like forgetting the words to a song.... Says the pricks that are sitting down and judging, I would like to see them do that. It takes a lot of skill and concentration to stand in front of an audience and freestyle. Forgetting lyrics to a song is just all memory, yes it takes talent to sing but to some people it comes naturally, football takes a lot of skill and years of practice... Who cares if he dropped the ball twice, he kept going didn't he? His skills were fantastic and amazing.... Anyway good job Jeremy, you deserve it... Don't listen to those pricks that have probably never touched a football in their life.

forgetting the lyrics of a song it's not the same as dropping the ball at doing that skill show, bet Simon can't even kick the ball, disgrace to the football englishman everywhere in this show, poor Jezza
