Concordia University, St. Paul's Department of Theatre and Dance present the Broadway hit Pippin April 26-29 at the E.M. Pearson Theatre. Showtime is 7:30 p.m. April 26, 27 and 28 with a 2 p.m. performance on Sunday, April 29.

The coming of age story of King Charlemagne's oldest son played out in a lively song-and-dance vaudeville style, Pippin first opened on Broadway in 1972 and went on to win five Tony Awards.

Directed by Mark Rosenwinkel, the production features a cast and chorus of 18 Concordia students, with A.J. Longabaugh playing the role of Pippin.

Tickets can be purchased online or by phone by calling ovationTix at 1-866-811-4111. Ticket prices are $10 for adults, $5 for non-CSP students, $5 for children under 12 and $5 for Concordia faculty and staff. CSP students are free with their school I.D.
