Oriya Abhinay :
Patha Chadide Mu Jibi Fula Todi re Banamali.
This piece elaborates another mood from the story of the Eternal love between Lord Krishna and Radha. This Abhinaya in Oriya, a dramatization of a poem by Poet Banamali Das, describes the prankster Krishna teasing a shy Radha who basks in his attention. Radha is in the midst of plucking flowers on her way to the temple, when Lord Krishna blocks her way. Radha pleads with him to move out of her path and to stop creating a scene on the streets of Braj. A scene that would make her rivals like Chandrabali laugh. As Krishna turns to leave, Radha drops the plate of flowers to get his attention, and blaming him for doing so chides his childish behaviour that only seems to increase as she and the other gopis bear with his pranks. Radha then bows to her lord, the one who lifted a mountain to save the village of Vrindavan, promising him that she will return to this very point, to surrender herself and her undying love to him, if only he would unblock her path to the temple.
