This is the amount of activity I'm getting from my airlock about 20 hours after I pitched the yeast. I used 1 packet Montrachet yeast and 28.5g of dextrose. This is only a 4 gallon batch so I scaled down the dextrose from 2lbs. I am pleased so far with the fermentation. I had never used Montrachet before and am impressed with its speed in getting underway.
