I started playing games with my two sons when they were very young.  Saturday mornings were set aside for game playing every week.  It was a huge part of our family.  The kids and I made up games to play or changed existing games to play our way.

When my oldest son, Jesse James, was in high school, we started working on an idea for a great game.  Jesse did a lot of the artwork on our prototype cards.  When my beloved son passed away suddenly at the age of 21, I quietly put the game away.

With the loss of my job in January 2011, I decided that the time was finally right to bring Jesses' game to the world.  He would be so proud to see the family coming together to get this game done.   It has been challenging, exhilarating, sad, funny and the hours have been long.  But at the end of the day we have created a game we are proud of.  Wangle is a game that will bring friends and families together for great fun.

It is our goal at Jesse James Games to help other game inventors in the future.  We would like to help them bring their dreams to reality so that they too, can feel this great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.
