Redgum Communications was commissioned by the City of Greater Geelong to produce a video promoting the benefits of, and options for active ways of getting to school; to be distributed on DVD to 15,000 families in the Geelong area. We proposed involving an entire school community in the production, and Drysdale Primary School proved to be the perfect choice. Our energetic client, Active Transport Officer Selma Tron-Nyikos embraced the concept wholeheartedly and helped us to make it happen on an extremely tight budget. Here's what she said of the experience, and 'The Journey to School':
'Working with Redgum Communications on the City of Greater Geelong's 'Journey to School' DVD was an amazing experience. The passion and professionalism of all members of their team was inspiring and helped create a DVD production that has gained interest from Victorian Government stakeholders statewide. The Redgum team's enthusiasm for their work was infectious and this is evident in the end product. Thanks James and Peter you for your patience and creative flare. The students and parents felt comfortable working with you and my job as Project Officer for the DVD was made so much easier.'
