Roald Bradstock in preparation for his 8th Olympic Trials in 3 months opens up his 40th competitive season a month before his 50th Birthday today March 24th, 2012. He won the competition at UGA with his last throw and beat a field of 15 college athletes. His throw of 72.34meters is also a World leading mark for Masters( 40+) in 2012. And at the age of 49 years and 11 months Mr Bradstock also became the oldest person tp ever break the 70 meters barrier with the 800g javelin!
