These are a set of variations for organ by Roger Bush on an old French carol tune 'The Holly and the Ivy'. This is not the well-known and very repetitive tune that everyone knows but a far more attractive melody. This version of the carol achieved a world-wide audience when the Choir of King's College, Cambridge sang an arrangement of it by the Australian organist and composer June Nixon in their Christmas Service of Nine Lessons and Carols in 2010. A YouTube of this performance is still available to view.
