Mexican-American superproducer Sergio Maldonado is pumping out great tunes to kick off 2012. "The End Justifies The Means" is the name of this red hot new EP from his hands. Lots of artists concur with us in saying that Sergio is becoming a Trance icon in the LA scene.

The identity of Sergio's style lies in his majestic melody patterns, with every track taking us into a different world of charming notes. The first cut from this EP gives the name of the release "The End Justifies The Means." This majestic piece of music holds the power of progressive trance with some brushes of techie grooves and exotic percussion.

The glorious moment begins during the breakdown where the main melody screams an angelical sound from a sad and romantic mono-synth above a continuous, modulated bass-line to give us the sensation of an enormous festival, a very neat and sparkling track that deserves high volume.

The second cut from this EP is called "Optimized", a track that starts with an aggressive percussion pattern and a reversed noise gives the cue for a classic trance bass-line to become the main subject in this piece. Arpeggios, electric piano samples and a climax style trance synth are three basic elements that make this track the best option for a peak time set.

The versatility of this Mexican-American young producer is undeniable, and in 2012 the world will witness the rise of Sergio Maldonado, with Dub Tech Recordings behind to support him.
