This is a very traditional and healthy side dish served in all Maharashtrian households. It is rich is fibre, controls cholestrol, contains Omega 3, which is very good for Vegetarians as they do not eat fish. It is good for weight control. A very healthy intake and tasty too. Recommended for all age groups.
Ingredients:
Flax Seeds 1/2 cup
Sesame seeds 1/2 tsp
Cumin Seeds 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1/2 tsp
Chilly Pwd. 1 tsp
Dry Coconut 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Add little oil while eating with chapati, phulkas and bhakri.
