Rep. Randy Hultgren is called out for repealing health reform, including provisions to end discrimination based on preexisting conditions. He then misleads the audience by claiming that he voted for a fix later (no such vote ever took place). Hultgren cynically says his vote to repeal all of health reform doesnt matter because he never expected it to go through the Senate. Why did he do it then?
