Mack's deafness was diagnosed when he was a baby, after his family noticed that his speech was not like that of his twin brother. Now he laughs and plays and succeeds with his brother in their local grade school. Find out how he got there with help from some awesome parents and the teachers, speech therapists and audiologists at CID - Central Institute for the Deaf.

This video has received a Mid-America Emmy Award nomination from the National Academy of Television Arts and Sciences. Winners will be announced in early October 2019.
