Vegetarian, Gluten free, and can be made Vegan Mmmm mushroom risotto, delicious, rich, easy. Easy? Yes. Our no-stir risotto lets you use your triceps for wine sipping as you sit back and let the taste of Italy arise out of your kitchen. Porcini, the classic risotto mushroom, means 'little piggies' in Italian and refers to their plump, full shape. Their full flavour is concentrated when dried requiring little else to impress the palette. Serves 4 as a side, or if you like it as much as we do, 2 as a main. Ingredients: Italian style rice, wild porcini mushrooms, onion flakes, vegetarian- gluten free soup base (maltodextrin, hydrolyzed plan protein (soy and corn), flavour, dehydrated vegetable (onions, garlic, carrots, tapioca starch), spices, potassium chloride, vegetable oil (canola, extra virgin olive oil), salt, citric acid, disodium guanylate, disodium inosiate), sea salt, wild nettle, parsley flakes, white pepper.
