Fire up Internet Explorer and click icon/menu TOOLS, then click on INTERNET OPTIONS
Now click on tab PROGRAMS and on button MANAGE ADD-ONS
On the left side click menu SEARCH PROVIDERS, on the right side you will see a list with all search providers, if is a fresh installed windows... only bing
Now, at the bottom click on link FIND MORE SEARCH PROVIDERS
New browser window will open and will display a list with what else you can have in there, look for google, click on ADD TO INTERNET EXPLORER
You can now select to make google default search provider, check its option and click button ADD
Too see changes right away you must first close all Internet Explorer browsers
Open it again and go to internet options, programs, manage add-ons and search providers, select bing from the list and click button REMOVE
BING be gone, click button CLOSE
