Meatballs are one of the most requested meals in my house. I have two ways I like to make meatballs, because sometimes it's a roll-them-into-perfect-little-balls night, and other times, well ... not so much. I like this recipe because the meatballs simmer right in the tomato sauce while the garlic bread toasts up in the oven. You can imagine how your kitchen will smell when you're cooking this, right? Like heaven!
