I was preparing for my yearly trip to Cancun, Mexico and decided to film some of the workouts leading up to my trip.

My training partner, Bill and I used a 4 week rack training program. This involved heavy lifting and working in 3 different planes of motion in the rack (or cage).

In this video, we did:

Chest
Dumbbell Incline Bench Press (5 sets of 5 reps using 110lbs)
Barbell Incline Bench Press (Rack - middle position) 3 sets of 3 reps worked up to 365lbs.

Biceps
Preacher machine curls 3 sets of 10 reps (112.5 lbs)

note - this is brutal training in that you are stressing the muscles with heavier than normal weights since you are using the rack training method.

This is obviously training for men. Vids coming soon for women!
