The Arkansas Joint Performance Review Committee met Thursday, September 15, 2016 at the Arkansas State Capitol.
The main issue was the Arkansas Child Services Division of The Arkansas Department of Human Services (ARDHS)
Those who testified were the following:

Trenia Milies, Deputy Director of Adult Education
Janice Hanlon, GED Administrator Arkansas Department of Career Education

Major Ron Stayton, Commander, Crimes Against Children Against Children Division Arkansas State Police
Mischa Martin, Director Division of Children and Family Services ARDHS
Keesa Smith, Deputy Director DHS
David Sterling, Office of Policy and Legal Services ARDHS


ARDHS Child Services has had a repuation for corruption, incompotence, neglect, and overuse of government force. A famous example is the Hal Stanley Case.
ARDHS also been the department handling the Arkansas Obamacare State Exchange Program where millions of dollars have been lost and fraud has occured regarding health insurance.
