‘Intelligent disobedience’ isn’t necessarily the first thing you think of about the New Zealand Public Service, but Fiona’s 20+ year career in technology, banking, insurance and now state sector has been all about helping individuals, teams and organisations challenge and redefine themselves to better serve their purpose.

Fiona received an Excellence Award for Leadership and Ethics from the University of Auckland Business School when she completed her MBA in 2015, was elected class speaker for her Harvard Business School Graduation, and was the Australian Human Resources Institute’s HR Leader of the Year in 2013.
