This title says it all. This morning I received an email from Dr. David Livingston, the host of The Space Show, threatening me with legal action and a DMCA on my latest "SpaceX Man on Mars for only $500,000" video. He claims that I abused his copyright by using a 25second clip from his interview with Gywenne Shotwell. The clip in question was used as a reference and is protected under Fair Use.

Livingston has demanded that I either pay him $1,000US to use the clip or remove the video altogether. I will not be intimidated.

Viewers wishing to mirror my video I are offered the Youtube link.
