Yoganidra ia a state between sleep and wakefulness. Yogic sleep pose warms up the body very rapidly. Yoganidrasana is the reverse position of Supta Kurmasana. Before trying this pose it is better to practice Eka Pada Sirsasana (one leg behind head pose) first. In this video, Yoganidra(Yogi Sleep Pose) Demonstrated by Yogaguru Dheeraj Vashistha.
