How would you approach the challenge of providing team building to a large 24/7 workforce that is employed in a very demanding and draining work environment on 12-hour shifts when traditional team building methods are not possible?

To further add to the challenge, team building can only occur between 3:00 am and 7:00 am.

Learn how some tried and true traditional facilitation processes were utilized in a creative way to meet the challenge.

This highly interactive workshop will involve some role-playing, and participants will experience some of the same emotions and transformations that the medical staff experienced in this process.

While the example took place in a public hospital emergency department, the tools and techniques could be applied in many settings where a traditional team building process may not work. Participants will learn a number of facilitation techniques all geared at improving morale and teamwork.

Think out-of-the-box when addressing a challenging facilitation scenario
Experience a variety of useful facilitation process and their application
Understand how a variety of processes can work together to produce desired outcomes
Have fun and practice using several core facilitation tools
