I watched a few videos of people replacing their screen. Mine had a spider crack on the bottom 3rd of the screen 3 days after I bought it. I decided to try to fix this myself. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be. took about 15 minutes to get the screen off.
Be liberal with the heat gun. If you're having trouble prying the cover off, heat it up more and try again.
Be careful when you get to the bottom of the phone...I managed to keep the button in place, but I've seen vids where people didn't go slow enough and they had to reposition the button because it fell off. Also, there is a ribbon for the 2 touch buttons at the bottom as well. Make sure those are lined up properly when you put the new screen on.
