This is an hour-long video of an internal training delivered for ERRC staff by Adam Weiss, the ERRC's Legal Director, on procedure before the European Court of Human Rights. It is based on his experience at the ERRC and elsewhere (including his previous work at the AIRE Centre in London). It is adapted from a presentation he has delivered elsewhere on this issue, and he developed the slide show with his former colleague, Saadiya Chaudary, of the AIRE Centre.
