Malcolm Hillan from the Envrionmetal Horticulture Dept, Chef Aaron Ogden from the Culinary Arts Dept., and Mitra Sapienza from the English Dept. Kenrick Mercado, student Food Journalist investigates what sustainability means to these people, and how are they teaching these ideas to their students.
