OK this might not be the best triceps exercise but it is an excellent exercise for building mass and strength. This exercise is called a "skull crusher" or "french press". In this video I demonstrate how to perform some "forced negatives" by using a close grip press to return the weight to the starting position. Good stuff, give it a try!
