Salih Celebi's shaving tutorial is a Traditional Turkish Beauty Wet Shave incorporating facial grooming of the beard area, above the beard outlines, side burns, eye brows and perimeter hairlines.
Salih analyses skin and facial hair texture and assesses growth patterns which affects the movement of the shaving process. Salih demonstrates with the utmost skill and dexterity petrissage, effleurage and tapotement techniques to lather. He then shaves the client with a combination of forehand and backhand strokes using a two pass system for a clear, smooth and unblemished skin surface.
Salih then concentrates on the unwanted hair around the outer-shape of the beard using a precise threading technique before finally working the hairline perimeter to give a clean razor-tailored finished result.
