Part 1 of this series is a detailed explanation of a simple method to filling out your tool table chart. Setting of the Tool Table is explained, the mill is referenced and subsequently, the work offset is set. In Part 2, the required G-Codes for tool change are explained. If you have a CNC machine but you're still touching off every time you load a tool, then you're not using the full capability of your machine. This video demonstrates the Tormach Tooling System (TTS), a design which makes tool change faster and allows off-line tool measurement.
