Send or Receive a Text or Picture Message with the BlackBerry® Z10
Welcome to AT&T How To videos.
Today we will show you how to send or receive a text or picture message with the BlackBerry® Z10.
To begin, access BlackBerry® Hub, and then tap Text Messages.
Next tap Compose.
First time users may have a notification message display, tap OK to continue.
Now enter the recipient's name ( if a saved content) or 10- digit mobile number into the "To" field. Please Note: As you are typing, suggestions will be displayed, tap to select.
If sending a message to an international number, enter "011" or enter a "+" followed by the correct country code and number. ( Example: "011441234567" or "+441234567")
Here enter the desired message contents, and then tap Send message.
To add an attachment, tap the attachment icon. Please Note: You may need to tap and hold the Space bar until the keyboard retracts.
Navigate to and tap the desired attachment.
To view messages, access the BlackBerry® Hub, and then tap Text Messages.
Next tap the text message to view its contents.
• To View attachments: Tap an attachment to view.
• To Save an attachment: Tap Menu and then select Save as.
• To Delete a Message: Tap and hold the message, and then tap Delete.
• Delete the message thread or conversation: Tap and hold the message thread, and then tap Delete.
