1726 2012 Shooter testing Rebound Rumble

We got the speed control working on the shooter, using the latching Hall effect sensor to tell the cRio how fast it's spinning so it can tell the Jaguar speed controller to speed up or slow down as needed. Makes most of the shots from anywhere on the key, with a fresh battery or a tired battery. Also the aiming is working, in manual mode, the turret is controlled by the joystick, and uses the camera to see where it's aimed. We might get the target recognition/auto aiming working too if we have time.
