Neil Young with The Bluenotes performing the original version of the epic song that was released in a shorter form as "Crime in the City (Sixty to Zero, Part 1)" on his "Freedom" album in 1989.

This is a very good for the time audience video recording of this classic song from Neil's August 18, 1988 concert at the Canadian National Exhibition Grandstand in Toronto, ON during the "Sponsored by Nobody" tour to promote the "This Note's For You" album.

I was at this concert, which was one of my favorite Neil shows.
