For those of you who don't like squats, this is a really effective exercises for building the butt and thighs. It wasn't that easy in the beginning but I did see great results. If done correctly, I think you will fall in LOVE with how this exercise will transform your lower body.
*Allow only your heel to touch floor *Keep your head aligned with the ankle that's on the platform. *Your hips and knee should move simultaneously (push hips back!) *Try to keep your knee back as much as possible *Extending your arms out will help with balance *Use weights (medicine ball is good) to hike up the intensity *Do 12 reps, 3 sets, 2-3 times a week
