Meditation on comparing two different poles, two opposites, and exploring the space between them, either holding them at the same time, or just shifting back and forth. Seeing if that still space between them, THE still space, is there. Exploring breathing into different parts of the body and how it impacts consciousness. Comparing up/down/, right/left, hot/cold, joy/sadness. Looking for what doesn't change.
