Outside the Armed Forces Recruitment Center at 14th and L Streets NW, a demonstrator is arrested for allegedly throwing a paint bomb at the recruitment center, while Metrpolitan Police Captain Jeff Herold declares the march an unlawful assembly and orders demonstrators out of the street. The march is not dispersed, but demonstrators are not permitted to march in the street from this point forward.

Funk the War 9: Bad Romance was an anti-war demonstration held in Washington DC that took the form of a mobile street party on March 19, 2010, the seventh anniversary of the Iraq War. The demonstration was organized by the DC chapter of Students for a Democratic Society (DC SDS).
