Neil DeGrasse Tyson speaks about space as culture and why NASA is good for the nation, not just as an economic driver, but as a driver for dreams and innovation.

Dr. Neil DeGrasse Tyson is the previous host of NOVA Science Now on PBS, and future host of Cosmos on FOX.
He is the Director of the Hayden Planetarium in New York.
