Corbeil wins 28th, setting new team record in 6-3 victory over Blainville-Boisbriand; Multi-point nights for Gauthier, Jurco, Huberdeau, Coyle, Roussel

The Saint John Sea Dogs ran their winning streak to five games, doubling the Blainville-Boisbriand Armada 6-3 before 4,608 fans at Harbour Station Sunday.


Danick Gauthier finished with two goals and an assist for the Sea Dogs, Tomas Jurco had a goal and two assists, and Jonathan Huberdeau scored a goal and added a helper. Ian Saab and Zack Phillips chipped in singles, with two assists each coming from Charlie Coyle and Charles Roussel. Mathieu Corbeil made 33 saves for the win as the Sea Dogs improved to 36-13-0-2 and moved back into first place overall in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League. The win was Corbeil's 28th of the season, establishing a new team mark.


Cedric Paquette had two goals for the Armada and Alex Micallef added a single. Storm Phaneuf made 33 saves in the loss as Blainville-Boisbriand fell to 27-20-2-1.
