Start your day off right with this nutritionist Kelly LeVeque's signature beWELL smoothie. It contains with healthy fats, fiber, and protein to help you stay full throughout the day and balance your energy levels. Plus, it's super tasty! Watch this video to see how to make it.

2 cups almond milk
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1/2 cup chopped Granny Smith apple
1 handful of fresh spinach
1/2 avocado
2 tbsp chia seeds

Add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a cup and enjoy!
