A spiritually exhausted and destitute Mi'gMaq man has resolved to assimilate into the ruling culture: he visits a surgical clinic to undergo a procedure to rid himself of his red skin. The poem is adapted by Mi'gMaq director/writer Jeff Barnaby from the Pablo Neruda poem "Walking Around".
Won "Best Indigenous Film" at the Tulsa International Film Festival. Screened at Toronto International Film Festival, CFC's Worldwide Short Film Fest, Palm Springs International Shorts Fest, and numerous other festivals around the world.
